Thank you for your interest in this course about customer contact and communication.
Since more than a decade I am active as a team manger in the contact center branche and worked for 11 different accounts. Especially the diversity in terms the number of different accounts has been varied. Good for the overall ability of improvisation!
Working as a team manager is varied: coaching colleagues on their qualitative (knowledge and skills) and quantitative (productivity) efforts in customer contact. In addition, you motivate employees to get the best out of themselves. Including a portion of personal coaching: discovering drives, passions and competences.

The common ground to me is -communication is everything- which makes this step to offer digital contents a logical continuation.
All colleagues have helped me grow, thanks to everyone's 'perspective' to the subject or challenge, finding a solution. This means that I can feel 'at home' everywhere, because I am convinced that all multi-disciplinary disciplines together, help to provide an answer to any challenge.
